These lovely blue flowers formed a beautiful hedge in a neighbor's yard. After some research, I learned that Plumbago is an evergreen shrub. The leaves are a glossy green while the five petals can be pale blue, blue or violet in color. There are also variations in white. I added several textures to create this image.
