On a rare, partially clear evening in January the winter sky lights up at sunset in Seattle, Washington. Mt Rainier in the distance catches the last rays of sun while a ferry departs for the journey across Puget Sound. The clarity of this image is amazing; I bet if you live or work in one of those buildings you can find your window. This will look fantastic printed on metal and hanging in your office or home.

Hello and thanks for stopping by. I've been a professional photographer for 30+ years. My degree is in microbiology and I did research work in that field for 3 years which sounds glamourous and exciting but in reality I found it to be repetitive and uninspiring. It does explain my interest in the tiny world and my desire to understand how things work.
