Description
At the hot air balloon festival in Prosser, Washington, the skilled pilots launch from the airfield and then attempt to touch their basket in the water of the Yakima River as they pass over. It's a real trick to keep the flame just right so the balloon stays up and stays on the surface of the water also. It's a colorful event reminiscent of a more romantic type of air travel.
