Several of the larger falls, including this one, are quite distinctive because of the large cavern behind them. Hikers can approach the falls, walk behind and then walk away on the other side of the stream without getting wet.

Hello and thanks for stopping by. My photography is a gift to you. It represents my way of finding beauty in the world and bringing it to you. I've been a professional photographer for 30+ years. My degree is in microbiology and I did research work in that field for 3 years which sounds glamourous and exciting but in reality I found it to be repetitive and uninspiring.
