Description
Conceived by American ex-racer and entrepreneur Carroll Shelby, the original "289 Cobra" came about as an Anglo-American co-operation initiated and brought to fruition by Mr. Shelby's efforts to put the then-new Ford small-block V-8 into the AC Car Company of England's lightweight "Ace" roadster. With a bit of work and development, the endeavour resulted in a car that was very successful in competition. Although somewhat limited in general sales, the Cobra went on to be one of the most replicated cars in history and established Shelby as an automotive legend. Here I've done a rendition of the legendary original "Little Cobra" in the technical Blueplanprint style that will appeal to both engineering types and auto enthusiasts and will make a great addition to the den, garage, bar or rec room. Thanks for looking!
