Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

All Steamed Up is the steam locomotive for the Skunk Train in Northern California. Recently this image was the winner in a contest sponsored by the North American Trains and Rails and Stations Group. The California Western Railroad popularly called the Skunk Train, is a heritage railroad in Mendocino County, California, The railroad was originally built by the Fort Bragg Redwood Company 1885 to carry the giant coast redwood logs from the dense forests at Glenela (Glen Blair) to a newly built lumber mill located 6.6 miles to the west at coastal Fort Bragg, California.
Hello and thanks for stopping by. I've been a professional photographer for 30+ years. My degree is in microbiology and I did research work in that field for 3 years which sounds glamourous and exciting but in reality I found it to be repetitive and uninspiring. It does explain my interest in the tiny world and my desire to understand how things work. I've always said I could be a professional student as I love to learn new things and photography certainly does provide that opportunity. Even after all these years I continue to learn new things every day. I find photography to be the perfect blend of science and art.
